We all have our personal ways of behaving in different situations. Typically we act routinely, repeating our adapted ways of doing things since it is easier to repeat our adapted ways than to learn new ways. As people, we attempt to predict situations unconsciously, and to do things in ways we found to work in different situations in the past. We form opinions of others almost immediately whether we want to or not.
