The ability to analyze a person with job-related attributes and compare them to the qualities required to perform successfully in a particular job means we can produce a wealth of information – allowing us to predict an individual’s potential for success within a particular role.

Our assessments are designed to provide information that makes an impact, is actionable and, most importantly, has a positive impact on performance. Individual Assessments are self-assessments that identify the strengths and development areas of an individual.

What makes our assessments different from other assessments is that it is able to measure the hard-wired behaviors of the individual and exclude all external influences such as the environment.

In practice this means that the results show who the individual actually is and not what the person thinks he/she needs to be like. As a result, the report identifies the true strengths and development areas to allow for real performance improvement.

Trainwest Management and Consulting Inc. provides the following Recruiting & Hiring services:

  • Coordinate and create all recruitment ads;
  • Screen and interview all potential candidates;
  • Complete all background and or reference checks on short listed candidates;
  • Complete an Extended DISC Personal Analysis on the top three candidates;
  • Create, a job profile for the sales position to be placed;
  • Consult on compensation for proposed candidate;
  • Participate in all interviews.
