Seminar Description:

If you are to remain competitive in today’s sales climate you must undergo change. You must be able to respond quickly to global events in order to remain competitive and survive. Change is inevitable; we can’t get away from it. This change may be relatively minor or quite major but as a sales professional you have the responsibility to manage change in your area, to prepare yourself and to accept what is to come. People go through transition. In this session we will look at 3 views for transforming yourself through change and review the steps people go through dealing with change.
