Seminar Description:

People are the most important asset of any organization. It is critical to build a culture that attracts and retains top talent.

In this session we will establish a series of steps to help you define what the perfect employee looks like. We will learn a structural approach to developing a job profile and creating a template which can be modified for any division within the organization. Once the profile is established, we will review the different profiling tools that are available to help employees and organizations become more successful.

The tools are specifically designed to provide information that is understandable, easy-to-use, and practical for leaders to put the right people on the right seats on the right bus within their organization.
