For example, I learned some great strategies for cold calling: from what posture to assume when speaking on the phone to the famous " commercial" and what to say when leaving a voice mail message. 

Also, your seminar really helped me to work with and get past the "dreaded gatekeepers"...When I realized that I no longer had to fear these secretarial security guards, my confidence skyrocketed! 

I remember how cool it felt the day I walked into one particular office without any "ammunition" and asked to see the president...the gatekeeper asked a few well rehearsed questions to try and thwart my efforts to connect with the decision maker...but when I used the methods you taught us in the workshops, the next thing I knew the president invited me into his office for a private, closed door one on one meeting and the gatekeeper had no idea who I was or what I was there for.
