Companies must be able to respond quickly to globalization changes as a result of COVID in order to remain competitive and survive. Change is inevitable; we can’t get away from it. Changes may be relatively minor or quite major. As a leader you have the responsibility to manage change in your area, to prepare yourself and your team to deal with and accept what is to come.
